Qualified households may receive up to $15,000 in grants for home rehabilitation projects!

• Roofing/chimney
• Water heaters
• Windows
• Siding
• Well/septic systems
• Gutters/downspouts/soffit/fascia
• Exterior doors/garage doors
• Insulation or weatherization
• Sump pump systems

Qualified accessibility and safety repairs include, but are not limited to:

• Entry ramps/steps/stairs
• Widened doorways
• Internal chair or wheelchair lifts
• ADA toilet upgrades
• Mold/mildew remediation
• Shower modifications/grab bars
• Levered door handles
• Relocation of washer/dryer
• Interior/exterior handrails
