American Community Bank of Indiana does not share with our affiliates.
Non-affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates we share with can include insurance, securities and investment service providers.
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Our joint marketing partners include insurance companies and investment service providers.

WHAT DOES American Community Bank DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM THE MOBILE APPLICATION(S)?
WHY?
This notice is specific to the American Community Bank of Indiana Mobile Applications (hereafter App or Apps). The bank’s Mobile Apps may request access to information stored on your device, such as location, camera, contacts, biometrics, or other features you can utilize to enhance or simplify your user experience, improve service, or provide additional security to protect your accounts.
Understand that:
- Before granting access to this information, you will be prompted to give the App permission.
- If you do not wish to grant that permission, you may decline, but will not have access to certain features.
- If you later change your mind, your permissions can be updated in your device’s settings.

The types of information to which your App may request access can include:
- Location
- Camera
- Contacts
- Biometrics
HOW?
American Community Bank of Indiana uses security measures that comply with federal law to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use. These measures include computer safeguards and secure files and buildings. The App information is retained in accordance with state and federal record retention laws.
